1. Forging heavy pinion inner gear from our company is fabricated using hot-die forging and are properly heat treated, which results in a more compact structure and very good impact resistance—this is exactly the type of heavy metal gears produced by a mining machine that operates under conditions of high load.
2. Each gear is subjected to the complete machining process: hobbing, shaving, and grinding to achieve a stable 6-5 grade of precision. Their operation is more efficient; they emit less noise and have a longer lifespan as compared to standard gears.
3. We have the capability to manufacture large-sized gears from Ø400 mm to Ø2000 mm. Additionally, we provide custom manufacturing if you have the drawings or samples.
