Shipping Options:
The decision on whether to deliver the gearbox by sea, rail, road, or air will be determined by the size and weight of the gearbox as well as your location.
Normal shipments can be done by full container or LCL (less than a container). In order to get a replacement to you as soon as possible, we may decide to use air freight as our first option.
Packaging:
Alongside the rust and moisture prevention, shockproof material that can absorb any impacts during the transportation also packs each gearbox. The wooden cases on the outside are made according to ISPM 15, and the critical parts are covered with oil-impregnated anti-rust paper so that moisture and foreign matter do not come into contact with them.
Excavator travel reduction gear box are also provided with metal frameworks and fixed on anti-slip pallets to decrease the vibration and impact during the moving process. The packing list and the factory inspection report are with every shipment. We also have an option for you to upgrade to moisture-proof or shock-proof packing if you happen to have special exporting requirements.

Storage Guidelines :
Keep in a dry and airy place that is free of corrosive gases so as not to get rust on the surface of the metal parts.
Do not mix heavy and light parts. Heavy parts should be put on strong shelves or at the floor level.
The different materials of the components or the different stages of their machining should be stored separately in order to avoid deformation, impact, or chemical reaction.
We suggest the storage time should not exceed 6 months in order to avoid performance deterioration due to long-term storage.
FAQ:
1. Will the extra anti-corrosion treatment slow down the delivery?
We do not allow it to interfere with the delivery time as it is done during the normal production schedule.
2. What should I do if the quality report is missing when the overseas shipment arrives?
You just have to get in touch with your account manager — we are able to send the digital version right away or, if it is necessary, provide a hard copy through the mail.
