I. General Regulations:

4. Maintenance and repair operations are strictly prohibited while the electric rope shovel is in operation.
5. Flammable and explosive materials must not be placed near the electric rope shovel.
6. Other operations are strictly prohibited within the electric rope shovel's operating area to ensure vehicle safety.
II. Operating Procedures:
(I) Pre-start Inspection:
1. Check that all components of the electric rope shovel are intact, especially critical components such as the battery, motor, and hydraulic system.
2. Check the electric rope shovel's braking, steering, and lighting systems for proper functioning.
3. Check the electric rope shovel's tire pressure and tread wear.
4. Check the electric rope shovel's indicator lights and warning lights for proper functioning.
5. Check the electric rope shovel's bucket, boom, and other components for secure installation.
(II) Starting and Stopping:
1. Before starting, insert the electric mining shovel key into the ignition switch and press the start button. Operation can only begin after the motor is running normally.
2. To stop, lower the bucket to the ground, turn off the engine, engage the handbrake, disconnect the power, and remove the key.
(III) Driving Operation:
1. Before driving, observe the surrounding environment and ensure safety before starting.
2. During driving, maintain vehicle stability and avoid sharp turns and sudden braking. 3. When encountering obstacles, slow down and, if necessary, stop and maneuver around them.
4. Standing or walking in front of, behind, or to the sides of the vehicle is strictly prohibited while it is in motion.
5. In case of emergency, stop immediately, disconnect the power, and ensure safety.
(IV) Operation:
1. Before operation, adjust the bucket angle and height according to the operational requirements.
2. During operation, keep the bucket stable; sudden raising or lowering of the bucket is strictly prohibited.
3. When shoveling goods, overloading is strictly prohibited; ensure the safety of the goods.
4. After the operation is completed, lower the bucket back to the ground and confirm that there is no cargo before leaving the work site.

III. Maintenance:
1. Regularly inspect all parts of the electric mining shovel and replace severely worn parts promptly.
2. Regularly clean the electric mining shovel to keep the vehicle clean.
3. Regularly check the battery charging status to ensure the battery is fully charged.
4. Perform maintenance on the electric mining shovel according to the manufacturer's requirements.
IV. Precautions:
1. Electric mining shovel operations are strictly prohibited in rainy, snowy, or slippery road conditions.
2. Electric mining shovel operations are strictly prohibited at night or in low visibility conditions.
3. Maintenance and repair operations are strictly prohibited while the electric mining shovel is in operation.
4. Flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited near the electric mining shovel.
5. Other operations are strictly prohibited within the electric mining shovel's operating area; ensure vehicle safety.
