Product Overview
This is a heavy-duty multi-jaw coupling with a design focus on high-torque applications.
By having more jaws, a bigger flange diameter, and a thickened elastomer spider the unit is able to withstand the sudden torque spikes that occur when a machine is started, during a digging operation or an impact load is applied.
Even the hub materials can be your choice—45#, 40Cr, 42CrMo—giving up great strength and resistance to fatigue.
The elastomer is either made of wear-resistant, high-strength polyurethane or is based on custom long-term heavy-load resistant rubber formulas for use in tough environments.
This coupling castings for mining concept was essentially geared towards mining shovels, heavy excavation equipment, and metallurgy machinery. Besides high torque handling, it also contributes to the extension of the service life of motors, gearboxes, bearings, and other components that are critical to the system.
Product Advantages
Stronger than traditional single-jaw couplings: No slippage, no cracks—just what you need for giant mining machines and high torque winch systems.
Large flange + multi-bolt layout: Even outdoor exposure, vibration, and heavy-load continuous work over a long period of time cannot loosen it.
High misalignment tolerance: The radial, axial, and angular misalignment are handled to a greater extent, which results in a significant reduction in heat, and abnormal noise, and premature wear due to installation that is done incorrectly. Also, the assembling process in the field is simpler and maintenance cost is lower.
Material upgrades available: 42CrMo hubs, high-temp elastomers, corrosion-resistant coatings—assembled based on the working conditions.

Applications:
This heavy-duty jaw coupling finds applications in a wide range of the following areas:
Mining shovels of large size: Drives for swing, travel, dipper handle.
Large crushers: areas where the occurrence of shock loads is high.
Metallurgy machinery: sustainable operation under high torque for long hours.
Winches and hoisting systems: frequent start/stop + heavy impact.
Port machinery: outdoor environment + long working hours.
Large conveyor systems: intermittent impact and dusty conditions.
The primary condition with which this machine is especially compatible is that it has to face high torque, big load fluctuations, and a harsh operating environment. As compared to standard couplings, the lifespan is longer and the performance under stress is better.
Suitable Equipment Types
This heavyweight jaw coupling usually takes place between big motors and gearboxes in the main transmission systems.
For mining equipment, the common location is in the travel system, dipper/handle system, and hoisting/winch systems of electric shovels.
On the industrial side, it finds usage in metallurgy lines, port machinery, and big crushing and conveying systems where it not only ensures stable torque transmission but also acts as a vibration damper for the whole powertrain.

About us:
We have intensive heavy-machining power with large lathes, gantry mills, and boring machines that allow us to make big but stay of stable quality flange type couplings. We also know working conditions of mining and metallurgy and the torque demands that are the result of them.
Besides conforming to several international standards, we are open to inspection from third-party agencies.
Quality is always our top priority and in addition to that, we can assure on time delivery due to the fact that everything from forging and heat treatment to precision machining is done in our own facility.
